Who publishes and hosts this website, and what we do with the information you send us. This is a translation: if it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.

Your data
CentralApp SA is the controller of the data you send us through the quote form.
- What we receive : your name, your e-mail address, your phone number, the name and town of your venue, your current website, and your answers to the price calculator if you used it., and whether you’d like our e-mails. The required fields are the ones we need to prepare the quote.
- Why : to prepare your quote and get back to you about it. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the box under the form, also to send you website examples and tips for your venue, at most one e-mail a month: the legal basis is then your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time, through the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to us.
- How : the form is sent to us by e-mail (Google Workspace) and to our team messaging (Slack), then stored with our host Vercel, in the European Union (Frankfurt), so we can follow up your request. If you ask for your quote by e-mail, we also send it to you. We follow up on your quote until it expires. We only send you other e-mails if you ticked the box.
- Who has access : our team; our processors Vercel Inc., which hosts the website, Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which sends the form’s e-mails, Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), which handles our e-mail, and Slack Technologies, where our team receives each request. We never sell or rent your data.
- Outside the European Union : Vercel, Resend, Slack, and Google for part of its processing, transfer data to the United States. Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; for Resend, these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- How long : 3 years after our last exchange; your agreement to our e-mails, until you withdraw it. If you become a client, for the length of the contract, then for as long as the law requires for accounting records.
- Your rights : you can access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its use or receive it in a common format, by writing to legal@centralapp.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be), or to the authority in your country.
Cookies
To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read, we use Google Analytics, from Google Ireland Limited, if you accept it. Google Analytics then sets cookies on your device. Without your consent, no cookie is set: Google Analytics only receives anonymous signals, with no cookie or identifier, which it uses to estimate the number of visits (Google’s consent mode). Your choice is kept for six months in your browser; you can change it at any time with the ‘Cookies’ link at the bottom of every page. This website uses no advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server.
