Your questions
Isn’t my Google Business Profile enough?
No. It tells people where to find you and when you’re open. But to answer ‘where can I order a birthday cake near me?’, Google and assistants like ChatGPT read websites: your products, your cakes and your story need to be there, as text.
Can I change my products and prices myself?
Yes, on a Fixed-price website: your products, your prices and your photos, and we show you how at launch. On a Custom website, we change them for you.
I don’t have an ordering tool: is that a problem?
No. We start from the way you work: cake requests can reach you by e-mail, and for online ordering we connect the tool you have or help you choose one. The quote says what suits your shop.
Can my customers leave a review?
Yes. We show your latest Google reviews on the site, and give you a QR code to put on the counter to ask for more.
When will my website be live?
Your mockup is ready one week after the brief, as long as you give us your products and photos at the brief. The site goes live as soon as you approve it.
