  1. The brief

    Your brand, what the site needs to do and the tools to connect, on a video call.

  2. The quote

    By e-mail, within 24 hours of the call, with the detail, the schedule and the maintenance contract.

  3. The mockups

    We turn your identity into rules for the web: typefaces, colours, grids, photos. Then we design the menu, the room page, the booking panel. You approve the mockups, on desktop and on mobile.

  4. The build

    We code the site without a bought-in theme: fast on mobile, usable with a keyboard, ready for Google. We connect it to your tools, whatever they are (bookings, till, loyalty), and you test everything on a test address.

  5. Launch

    We move your old site page by page: every old page leads to its new one, so you keep your place on Google. After that, you send us your change requests.

How much does a custom website cost?
It’s priced on quote, sent by e-mail within 24 hours of our call.
Do I need a custom website for several locations or to connect my tools?
No. A chain stays on a Fixed-price website, however many locations it has, and your tools connect to it. A group with several brands is custom. A Custom website is for projects that need more: an online shop, a calculator, a full visual identity for your brand, or a feature you describe to us.
Can we change the site ourselves?
No. Once the site is live, only our team changes it: the menu, opening hours, pages, photos. You e-mail us your request, we make the change and let you know when it’s live. If your team wants to make these changes itself, the Fixed-price website lets you.
How much do changes cost, and how quickly are they made?
They’re covered by a monthly maintenance contract, along with hosting and updates. The price and the response time are in your quote.
Where is the site hosted?
We host it, on our own servers or with a host we choose, and keep it up to date. That’s covered by the maintenance contract.
Who owns the website?
Your content and your domain name are yours. The rights to the design and the code are set out in the quote.
We already have a website: what happens to our place on Google?
We move it page by page: every page of your old site leads to the new page that matches it. You keep your place on Google.
